Black woman, Survive. There is a healing, nourishing power in being in nature. Today I sit and talk with Asia of Black Girls Camp and Black Outside. Her mission is to provide survival and preparedness education for the diaspora. We talk about everything from self care for Black women, taking baby steps in nature, the history of Black people in nature, how to prepare for emergency, the power of self employment, starting small, how to go for the big asks and so much more.
