The Kar-Jenner ladies always steal the show on the red carpet, but how long does it take them to complete their iconic looks?
Kylie Jenner hit the red carpet with on-and-off again boyfriend, Travis Scott and their daughter Stormi for the 72nd Annual Parsons Benefit in June 2021. The mother of two wore an elegant 1987 vintage green
dress designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, who actually gifted her the dress. The Kylie Cosmetics founder paid homage to pop icon Madonna with a cone shaped bra area on the piece. Kylie posted a series of videos to her Instagram stories, showing us the process to achieve her sexy 80’s look. Beyond the typical glam process, she shared something that was painful to look at. The dress’ zipper stopped right below her chest area and in order to secure the gown, Kylie was sewn into her dress! She didn’t budge while having the needle sewn into her skin, meanwhile we were biting our fingernails watching the not-so-common alteration.
From body tape to days of preparation, you can say the Kardahsian’s take their looks very seriously! What were your favorite Kar-Jenner looks? What alteration methods are completely outrageous? Let us know in the comments and don’t forget to subscribe to TheThings Celebrity!
