The episode kicks off by showing a fight Kourtney and Kim had over the phone while they were discussing their Dolce and Gabbana drama that played out in Season 3. During the heated conversation, Kourtney called Kim "egotistical," "selfish" and a "narcissist." But the SKIMS founder doubled down by claiming Kourtney's children have come to her with concerns over her mom's happiness. But, that isn't all that happened during the premiere.
