Social media platforms have ignited the rise in the infamous “influencer culture.” Vishakha’s talk delves into the origin of this transformative shift and challenges the audience to reevaluate their previous opinions on the subject, learn more based on facts and figures, and analyze influences in their daily lives. Vishakha is a 4th year Computer Science student. As a passionate individual, she’s always looking to learn and grow in everything that she does. Academically, she enjoys learning about new technology and solving complex problems through the power of programming. Personally, she’s extremely passionate about expressing herself through dance, makeup, and public speaking.
