Cynthia Erivo is speaking out days after a fan charged at co-star Ariana Grande at the “Wicked: For Good” Singapore premiere. During the Nov. 15 Screen Actors Guild NomCom consideration screening in Los Angeles, the actress reflected on challenges she and Grande have encountered as she shared her gratitude for her castmate, according to social media video posted by Entertainment Weekly. “We have come through some s--t. We have come through some stuff in our lives, in our daily workings,” Erivo began as Grande nodded next to her. “I mean, f---, even this last week, let’s be honest. For f---- sake we've had to really had to deal with some stuff,” Erivo added. On Nov. 13, the “we can’t be friends” singer was walking the red carpet alongside her co-star when an Australian man, Johnson Wen, rushed toward and put his arm around her after jumping the barricade. Wen has since been sentenced to nine days in prison after being found guilty of being a public nuisance.
