Gauri Mishra is a child prodigy and the only pianist in India to have received the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2020 from the Honourable President of India-Shri Ram Nath Kovind, and Prime Minister-Shri Narendra Modi for promoting Indian Classical Music on the Piano.
A graded artist of All India Radio and recipient of the Kala Karnadhar (Youth Artist of the Year 2024) Award, Gauri began learning piano at the age of four and became the Youngest Piano Player to perform a solo concert before a live audience at just nine years old.
She has performed on India’s Got Talent, presented numerous solo concerts, and collaborated with acclaimed musicians from India and abroad. Through these collaborations, she seeks to build cultural connections through music.
This vision is reflected in Samanvaya – Melodies That Build Us, a musical initiative inspired by the idea of harmony and togetherness. Blending Indian classical ragas, contemporary interpretations, and global influences, Samanvaya celebrates the power of music to unite people, cultures, and traditions.
Gauri is also a TEDx speaker and an advocate for social and environmental causes.
